Training

Jon Sweeney successfully completed a sponsored full time one year, CISRS scaffolding training course in 1978 at their Bircham Newton training centre. Jon was one of the first scaffolders to achieve this. The course covered all aspects of scaffolding, as well as advanced scaffolding, estimating, supervisory and management skills.

Apprenticeship

All current employees are either fully CISRS trained or currently undergoing training with the CISRS. This includes two under an apprenticeship scheme. Those undergoing training always work with a fully trained scaffolder.

Experience

As an exception to the rule in the scaffolding industry, we have a very low turnover of staff with a number of our employees having worked for us in excess of 10 years. We believe this is in recognition of the training provided and the excellent working relationship maintained between the director and all employees.
